Basic Expectations: Have a clear vision for leading worship. Plan, prepare, and lead the music for Sunday morning and evening worship services. Usually, four songs in a service. Recommend 2 hymns, 1 contemporary song, and an invitation song. Open to vision and philosophy from candidate. The plan should encourage congregational singing and participation in worship.
