The pastor of Salem Baptist Church will be the spiritual leader of the church and shall give himself to the ministry of the word. He shall be responsible to the Lord and the church to primarily proclaim the gospel and teach the Bible. He will be engaged in pastoral care, and provide supervisory and administrative leadership in all areas of congregational care.
