Position: Part-Time Youth Director
Hours: 10-20 hours per week (including evenings and weekends)
Compensation: Based on experience and church budget
Reports To: Pastor

We seek a passionate and committed leader to guide our youth in their faith journey and encourage them to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.
Position Overview:
The Part-Time Youth Director will develop and lead a dynamic youth ministry for elementary, middle, and high school students. This role involves teaching biblical truths, mentoring young people, and creating engaging programs that encourage spiritual growth, fellowship, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly youth Bible study, prayer meetings, and discussions.
- Plan and coordinate youth activities, events, and mission projects.
- Mentor and build relationships with students, encouraging spiritual growth.
- Recruit and oversee volunteers to support the youth ministry.
- Communicate regularly with parents and church leadership.
- Ensure all activities align with the church’s mission, vision, and values.
Qualifications:
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a strong biblical foundation.
- Passion for working with youth and helping them grow in their faith.
- Strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills.
- Experience in youth ministry, teaching, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to connect with youth in a meaningful and engaging way.
- Willingness to uphold the beliefs and values of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.
- Background checks and references are required.
