Responsible for leading a comprehensive worship/music ministry. This would include working with worship and tech teams. This position would require a second discipline, such as pastoral care, outreach, discipleship, or missions. This would be discussed with each individual candidate to determine the best fit and need of the church.
REQUIREMENTS:
A seminary degree in worship/music ministry is preferred but not required.
Worship/music ministry leadership experience in a local church is required.
The Worship Pastor is expected to work at least a 40-hour week with a schedule that best serves the church's needs and the fulfillment of the position's duties.
