Sand Spring Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, KY is prayerfully seeking a full-time Worship Leader. We average over 400 in attendance in 2 morning services. We desire someone who is comfortable leading both traditional and contemporary worship. The candidate for this position should have experience leading congregational worship and directing choirs.
This position will require a working knowledge of sound and media technology skills such as setting up microphones, preparing PowerPoint slides and using Easy Worship software. A bachelor’s degree in music and the ability to play the piano or guitar is preferred. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with the applicant’s education and experience.
The candidate must love the Lord and love people, have high moral standards, possess strong organizational and relational skills, and agree with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
