Sand Spring Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky is prayerfully seeking a full-time Minister of Youth. This individual should demonstrate a passion for spiritual growth and a calling to serve in youth ministry. He will be responsible to coordinate and promote a comprehensive ministry for students in Middle School and High School.
Sand Spring is a Southern Baptist Church averaging over 400 in attendance on Sunday mornings. Salary will be commensurate with the applicant’s education and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement, mileage allowance, and library allowance.
The candidate must love the Lord and love people, have high moral standards, possess strong organizational and relational skills, and agree with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
