Aberdeen Baptist Church in Morgantown, KY is looking to hire a bi-vocational youth pastor.
This part time position is responsible for leading a strong, growing youth ministry, providing Christ-centered, enthusiastic leadership to recruit, support, and maintain participation of youth and volunteer staff. The Youth Pastor will collaborate with Senior Pastor, deacons, and ministry teams, and provide leadership to recruit, train and support volunteers.
