Earlington First Baptist Church is a vibrant and welcoming congregation located in Earlington, Kentucky. Our church is blessed with excellent facilities, including a family life center equipped with a gym and kitchen, as well as a modern and updated sanctuary with handicap accessibility. Our current average attendance is approximately 75 with seating capacity of 300 giving ample space and opportunity for growth. We are a growing congregation with a passion for serving our community and spreading the message of God’s love.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Bi-Vocational Pastor to join our team. This position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future as our congregation continues to grow. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preaching the Gospel and providing spiritual guidance and support to our members. The ideal candidate must be called by God into ministry and must believe scripture that coincides with Southern Baptist doctrine as outlined in the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. All applicants must meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
