Providence Baptist Church in Estill Co. KY is seeking a full-time pastor. We are a conservative Baptist church who is seeking to fill the position of full time pastor with a man of God who feels called to lead our church and community to seek and save the lost. We feel the pastor should fulfill the role in the following ways,
COMPETENCY in ministry through professional direction, training and ledership for all related ministries, regular visitation where there is a need, and admistrative and organizational leadership.
AVAILABILITY to be contacted throughouth the week.
LEADERSHIP in the development of ministry-related programs and events along with the admistrative work of the church in cooperation with the church leaders.
LOYALTY to the Baptist beliefs as found in the scriptures and adheres to the Baptist Faith & Message 2000, attendance and support of denominational meetings and mission programs.
COOPERATION with and be an active part of Tates Creek Baptist Association.
