Greensburg Baptist Church is searching for a Minister of Music to lead our congregation in worship of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. This position is bi-vocational with an expected committment of 6 to 8 hours per week. The music director will organize and lead the music ministry of the church while assisting the pastor during worship services. The key responsibities include selecting three songs for Sunday Services w/Pastor, rehearsing with the Praise Band prior to Sunday School each week, training and working with the Adult Choir and assisting the Children's Ministry as needed. We are looking for someone with characteristics such as a stable and mature Christian, good leadership skills, organized, experience directing and leading a choir or musical group, able to publicly lead singing, dependable, consistent, neat, and having good moral character.
