Youth Minister

Temple Baptist Church, Springfield, Kentucky is looking in view of a call for the person God is leading to be their next youth and/or children's minister. Responsibilities will include:

1. Provide meaningful Christian experiences by coordinating special events such as retreats, outings and fellowships, submitting copies of Bible studies when requested by the Pastor.
2. Provide personal and spiritual growth opportunities for youth/children through various means provided by the church.
3. Plan at least two events per year for youth.
4. Assist in the promotion and carrying out of all children/youth programs.
5. Minister to all ages of students, children through youth.
6. Attend all regularly scheduled worship services.
7. Attend and participate in monthly visitation.
8. Arrive at church early enough to welcome students to the service and give directions to the location of classes.
9. Assist the Pastor in visitation and outreach responsibilities.
