Hillcrest Baptist Church in Hopkinsville, KY is searching for a full-time Children’s Director. This position requires leading an on-going children’s ministry from birth through fifth grade that currently involves 40-50 children. It requires recruitment, training, and oversight of all volunteers. Other responsibilities are developing and executing a budget, purchasing all materials, and preparation of lessons and activities. Expectations also include Sunday and Wednesday programs, fellowship outings, missions, camps, and other related ministries. This individual should be highly energetic and willing to minister to the entirety of the family with a focus of coming alongside parents to lead children in following Jesus.
