First Baptist Church of Morgantown, KY is seeking a full-time Pastor to guide and nurture the spiritual growth of our congregation. This role involves preaching, leading worship services, and helping to shape and implement a clear vision for the future of our church. We are looking for a Pastor who is dedicated to the authority of Scripture, passionate about evangelism and discipleship, tends to the needs of members and nonmembers and committed to fostering the growth of our church community through helping the needs of the sick and home bound in our community.
Our Pastor must adhere to the doctrinal beliefs outlined in the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and meet the qualifications for a pastor as set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
