Cadiz Baptist Church is located in a small, close-knit rural community in Western Kentucky. We are prayerfully seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Pastor of Youth and Children. This role involves working alongside a supportive Senior Pastor, Youth Committee, and Children’s Committee. We are looking for a called leader to disciple to our K-12th grade members, and to our community.
Qualifications:
Agreement with and commitment to Southern Baptist doctrine and theology.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in ministry, theology, or a related field; experience in youth/children’s ministry is strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and relational skills.
Ability to connect with children, youth, and their families in a meaningful way.
A heart for discipleship, evangelism, and church growth.
