Student Pastor, Simpsonville Baptist Church
Simpsonville Baptist Church is seeking a full time Student Pastor. We will receive resumes by November 29, 2024. Simpsonville Baptist has a vibrant membership that is currently experiencing consistent growth in attendance and membership in Sunday morning worship services and Wednesday discipleship and events.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth and the ability to connect and share the gospel with 6th – 12th grade students for their growth and preparation to disciple to others.
The candidate will be a team player supporting the Simpsonville Baptist church staff and on occasion will have the opportunity to bring the Sunday morning message.
Simpsonville is a suburban community located in western Shelby County just east of Louisville, Kentucky. Simpsonville is a small, yet beautiful, downtown area with farmer’s markets, parks, an elementary school, coffee shops and shopping, while also having the largest city in the state at your fingertips. There are close to 8,000 students who attend the middle/high schools that are within 25 minutes from the church. The community continues to grow, giving great opportunity to reach future generations.
