Macedonia Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist church located in the quaint, community of Jonesville, KY. Logistics of the community is split between Grant and Owen Counties in Northern KY. The church is pursuing a man of God to lead and work with the congregation, to carry out the purpose of the church in and around our community, as well as the call to serve, wherever that leads.
Macedonia Baptist is a stable rural church averaging 55 in attendance for Sunday Morning worship services. The church currently holds Sunday School, Sunday Morning Worship services, Sunday Evening Youth and Wednesday evening prayer Bible study service.
The ideal candidate should be a compassionate and spiritually-driven individual who can provide spiritual guidance, leadership, and support to the congregation. He must be able to relate to all age groups including children, youth, and young adults. This role involves preaching, Bible study, pastoral care, community engagement, and leadership within the church.

Job Description:
- The pastor will be the preacher and leader of worship.
- Follow the Baptist Faith and Message, as well as other ordinances of the church.
- Provide opportunities for Christian education.
- Work with the church staff and leadership to oversee the business of the church and properties.
- Provide spiritual guidance, counseling, when needed.
- Work with the staff and leadership to give pastoral care during crisis, illness and/or death within the church or community we serve.
- Help resolve conflict and build unity among members when needed.
- Build relationships within the communities, of Grant and Owen counties, to promote the church’s presence and mission.
Total Compensation Package starting at $35,000 annually.
