It's an exciting time in the life of Lancaster Baptist Church. We are experiencing a God-given influx of young families, with our children's church attendance tripling on average from 18 months ago.
We are looking for an associate pastor whose main duties will be worship, but who will be called upon to exercise oversight and leadership in other areas where he is gifted.
